If you ride at night..... you need a light !!!

We sell many forms of lighting at Yesteryear Cyclery.  The simplest and more economical type is the battery operated, handlebar mounted light.

They use standard AA or AAA batteries and have halogen or krypton bulbs.  This type of light has a nominal output of 3-5 watts and range in price from $12.95 to $19.95. 

For the more serious cyclist, the rechargeable lighting system is more appropriate.  These units come with single or dual (high) beam housings which attach to the handlebars or with an optional strap, your helmet.

This type of system will range in output from 10 to 45 watts and are priced from $49.95 to $229.95.  We sell lighting systems by Nightsun, Schwinn and Vistalight.

For the rear of the bike, a tail light is available.  Steady or flashing models with from 3 to 5 L.E.D. bulbs are available from Cateye, Schwinn, Vistalight and Sigma.  Priced from $9.95, these lights complement a front light very well.
