  1. Adjust & lubricate both brakes ( includes caliper,cantilever & "V" brakes -- disc brakes slightly higher )
  2. Adjust & lubricate both deraileurs ( includes STI systems )
  3. True & straighten both wheels ( spoke installation slightly higher )
  4. Complete 15 pt. LPD-9 lubrication
  5. Tighten headset,hubs & bottom bracket
  6. Adjust & tighten ALL cones
  7. Check & adjust ALL nuts, bolts & binding hardware
  8. Complete safety inspection of rubber, brake shoes, saddles & hand grips.
  9. Test ride
